How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping across Canada takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping may be available in the future.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. See our Return Policy page for full details.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes! Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange subject to availability.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order link in the navigation. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Do you offer promo codes or discounts?

Yes, we occasionally run promotions. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop. You can apply promo codes at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products true to size?
